Training is an art and a Passion has rightly been proven by Mahesh, for he is totally involved and can motivate people in a very subtle and different way. Mahesh is amongst the most versatile trainers around with experience in almost all people related fields including training, compeering, radio jockeying, theatre, concept development, and people management.
Mahesh’s unique skills lie in the fact that he is deeply analytical and has leveraged it extensively during the delivery of his training programs which are highly activity oriented and skill based. He has, as part of his training delivery, designed and executed a complete mock stock exchange, a mock commodity trading exchange and various other business games to emphasize very heavily on Learning by Doing.
Mahesh has also been declared as the Outstanding National Trainer- Runner-up of the Indian Jaycees for four years and has been a program Director for more than a thousand training programs all over the country and outside the country as well. He has been the Pilot trainer for nine Prime Programs ( Prime is a train the train trainers program of the JCI University- Seattle, USA)and has been a part of the training team for the Excel program for three times (Excel is an advanced Train the Trainers program of the JCI University, Seattle, USA).
On the other side of the spectrum, Mahesh has been a program Director for more than twenty National and local level Train the trainer Seminars, including for the Government of Tamil Nadu contributing to the development of more than four hundred trainers in the country. He has been part of the training team for ABLE - the four day Business Development workshop more than five times, ABLE is a National business training program of the Indian Jaycees. He has also conducted programs for voluntary organizations and Corporate houses in Korea, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Germany and other parts of Europe.
His continuing desire to learn did not stop with just a Commerce Graduation, or being certified by the JCI Training University as an International Graduate, but he went on to be certified as an A1 communicator in the BEC exam of the Cambridge University, and also certified as the National Training Fellow of the Indian Jaycees. He is also part of the International Coaching Alliance and is still pursuing his insatiable desire for learning. Having undergone various workshops on acting, and other forms of art that enhance his skills as a trainer, he has also been certified after a workshop as a language trainer for various BPO’s
He is a certified Trainer with more than two and half decades of experience in various Industries that help him relate to the challenges faced by the people of the industry. Right from finance to IT including manufacturing and agriculture he has worked in all the industries to gain knowledge and understand the nuances of each industry. He has to his credit the successful conduct of programs in Customer Care, Life Skills, Corporate Culture, Creativity, Leadership, Team and Group Dynamics, Management Skills, Presentation and Communication Workshops and the list is just endless.
He believes – Training is a combination of motivating, enhancing and applying knowledge, emotions and skills in the right proportion to set the people on a journey towards success.
