Has experience of over 14 years as the Divisional, Regional and National Head of the Marketing Departments of reputed Companies.

Is associated with JCI India since 1972 as a Junior Jaycee of JCI Caicut and then served Jaipur and Palghat. Was the first Zone President of the undivided Zone XIX of JCI India and then went on to become the Executive Vice President of JCI India in 1993. Conferred Senatorship of JCI since 1995.

Is one of the three International Training Fellows of JCI University, USA, in the sub-continent.

One of the four JCI University Certification Commissioners for 2008.

Had been the Head Coach for 33 Train the Trainer programs all over the world.

Pilot Faculty of NALANDA (National Academy of Leadership and Administration) of JCI India from 1998 to 2006.

Was a Speaker along with Mr. Shiv Khera at the Area Forum of Lions International at Nairobi, in November 1999 and at Mumbai in 2002.

Has conducted over 25 District RYLA programs for various Districts of Rotary International. Was a member on the Faculty at the International RYLA of Rotary International at Ooty during 1999, 2003 and 2005.

Is also associated with organizations like Rotary International, Lions International etc. as Faculty for their premier Training events.
